I am Professor and Director of DBA Programmes at Durham University Business School. My research focuses on user behavior on digital platforms, organizational adaptation during digital transformation, and on security and privacy issues of digital platforms. I have served as Guest Editor in JOM, JAIS, ISF, and IJIM, while I have been selected as ‘Faculty Expert’ by Google.
