I am an Associate Professor at Durham University Business School, in the UK. Previously, I was Assistant Professor at Tilburg University, and Research Fellow at the University of Lugano, and the University of Nottingham. I hold a PhD from Warwick Business School, and have a background (BSc/MSc) in Engineering and Management. My research focuses on users’ behavior on online platforms, the adaptation of organizations during digital transformation, and on security and privacy issues of users on online platforms. My publications include book chapters, journal papers, and conference presentations. My h-index is 8, and my papers have been cited more than 360 times. My Erdős number appears to be 4, while my Dijkstra number appears to be 5. I am Guest Editor in Special Issues at JOM and IJIM. I am on the Editorial Review Board of IJIM and an Associate Editor at IJIM Data Insights. I was selected as ‘Faculty Expert’ by Google, for my commitment to leading transformation in Cloud Computing research and education.
